SpinNet and Vibro-Spray Sprinkler Components

SPINNET SPRINKLERS WITH CHECK VALVE
Available in two flows and four sprinkler options. SpinNet sprinklers consist of a Mist Control, Body, and Spinner. The Mist Control determines the flow rate and eliminates misting that distorts a sprinkler pattern. At an average working pressure of 30 psi, the flow rate of the Red Mist Control is 23.4 GPH and the Brown Mist Control is 18.4 GPH. The Spinner determines the radius and can be Grey or Green in color. This allows the SpinNet Sprinkler to handle applications from 7' to 36' with only four sprinkler options. Standard Check Valve has a Purple Pin - opens at 28 psi and closes at 13 psi.

VIBRO-SPRAY SPRINKLER WITH CHECK VALVE
The Vibro-Spray Sprinkler consists of a bridge-less green nozzle and body. With a flow rate of 13.6 GPH at an average working pressure of 30 psi, this is the ideal solution for single benches with widths from 4 to 6 feet when placed 2' or 4' above the crop. Standard Check Valve has a Purple Pin - opens at 28 psi and closes at 13 psi. Vibro-Spray Sprinklers can also be used in an upright position connected to rigid pipe with a 1/2" adapter.

HANGING ASSEMBLY
The SpinNet and Vibro-Spray Sprinkler Hanging Assembly consists of 4/7mm Super Flex UV White™ Polyethylene Tubing and a Stabilizer Weight. The stabilizer weight keeps the sprinkler plumb. There is a barbed end for insertion into the Polyethylene Tubing Supply Line and a Female connector on the other end to attach the Check Valve and Sprinkler head. The Super Flex UV White™ PE Tubing is made from the highest quality plastics with excellent Ultra-Violet (UV) resistance. Our reflective white tubing is completely opaque to prevent algae growth. This tubing is not coated or layered white, it is solid white for long-term durability. It withstands heat, direct sun, harsh chemicals and produces cooler water temperatures enhancing plant growth.

OPTIONAL COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES
The Dan Retrofit adapter is used to connect Netafim SpinNet and Vibro-Spray Sprinklers to Dan fittings. This adapter attaches above the Check Valve.

The 1/2" adapter is used for connection of the Vibro-Spray Sprinkler to rigid pipe with 1/2" threaded connection.

Accessories include the Vibro-Spray Assembly Tool which makes nozzle insertion and removal quick and easy. Also, the Hanging Sprinkler Assembly Tool assists with connecting two different lengths of 4/7mm Super Flex UV White™ Tubing to create hanging assemblies over 48" in length.
