HEAVYWALL DRIPPERLINE
Netafim Heavywall dripperlines are made of a seamless, one-piece tubing with drippers permanently installed (welded) to the inside wall of the tubing. All Netafim drippers are designed with Turbonet technology a wider tooth pattern flow path, created to maximize the waters velocity so debris easily passes through the dripper, virtually eliminating plugging- resulting in unsurpassed performance and durability. Available with or without pressure compensation to fit many nursery container applications. Inline dripperlines utilize in-line drippers inserted between tubing sections with barbed connections. Inline drippers have a large flow path and the dripper is not exposed so there is less chance of mechanical damage.

Pressure Compensating Heavywall Dripperline developed for extremely poor water quality and rolling terrains. Standard in 18mm size, 0.620" wall diameter and 45 mil wall thickness. Available with nominal flow rate of 0.60 GPH and dripper spacings of 12", 18", 24" or 36". Coil length is 1,000'. Recommended operating pressure is 7 to 60 psi with 120 mesh filtration required.

Available with nominal flow rate of 0.60 GPH and dripper spacings of 12", 18", 24", 30" and 36". Coil length is 1,000' and recommended operating pressure is 7 to 60 psi with 120 mesh filtration.

Netafim Thinwall Dripperlines also use injection molded emitters in a seamless, one-piece construction for reliable performance. TurboNet Technology improves emitter performance by widening the tooth pattern, maximizing flow path velocity, allowing contaminants to pass easily through the dripper, virtually eliminating plugging. Portability and multi-year usage can be achieved due to the high durability of Netafim Thinwall Dripperlines. Available in pressure or non-pressure compensating models for nursery container irrigation on flat or undulating terrains. |

Non-Pressure Compensating Thinwall Dripperline placed over the top of containers provides an efficient and cost effective irrigation solution. Standard in 8 mil wall thickness and 0.636" diameter. Available with nominal flow rate of 0.22 GPH or 0.38 GPH and dripper spacings of 12", 16", 18" or 24". Coil length is 9,000'. Recommended filtration is 120 mesh. |

Pressure Compensating Thinwall Dripperline designed to deliver uniform flow rates on longer runs and undulating fields. Standard in 13 mil wall thickness and 0.636" diameter. Available with nominal flow rate of 0.26 GPH or 0.40 GPH and dripper spacings of 12", 18" or 24". Coil length is 4,000'. Recommended operating pressure is 6 to 30 psi with 120 mesh filtration required. |
